Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right small electronics, including Apple products, wireless phones, tablets, cameras, and more.
• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to every customer who enters the department.
• Stay informed on the latest products and features, reviewing new tech and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Update security settings on displays and ensure merchandise is correctly tagged.
• Handle cashiering tasks like processing sales, opening credit applications, managing returns/exchanges/price matching, and balancing the cash drawer.
• Maintain reports, track follow-ups, and ensure great customer service after the sale.
• Help customers make confident buying decisions and leave with a positive shopping experience.

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience in sales and working with electronics is a plus
• Experience in cashiering
• Must be self-motivated
• Able to reach company sales standards
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
