Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers via phone, addressing inquiries and concerns related to product warranties
- Clearly explain warranty coverage, terms, and service options to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, such as sales and delivery, to facilitate issue resolution
- Coordinate with manufacturers and service centers to ensure timely and effective resolution of warranty-related claims
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warranty claims in company systems
- Stay up to date on company policies, warranty processes, and product information to provide accurate assistance
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in basic computer use and accurate typing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions over the phone is a plus
