Your Impact
Lead quality inspections on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure products are accurate, damage‑free, and compliant with customer requirements.
Monitor, document, and report quality variances, partnering with warehouse leadership to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence.
Conduct root‑cause analyses and recommend process improvements that enhance accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Support training efforts by coaching team members on quality standards, proper documentation, and best practices.
Perform audits of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and material handling procedures.
Maintain detailed and organized quality records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold RBW’s commitment to service excellence.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment aligned with OSHA and MSDS standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or quality‑related certifications are a plus.
2 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and quality specifications.
Solid communication skills with the ability to coach, collaborate, and build trust across teams.
Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds using proper technique.
Experience with inventory systems, quality documentation, or audit processes preferred.
