Your Impact
Inventory Management & Accuracy
Manage inventory control processes to maintain 99.7% inventory accuracy across all customer accounts.
Supervise cycle counting activities and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages) and implement corrective actions.
Reconcile inventory between systems and collaborate with customers to resolve variances.
Prepare and execute physical inventory plans and transition toward a cycle count-driven model.
Process Compliance & Documentation
Understand and document operational workflows (receiving, put-away, picking, outbound) and their impact on inventory accuracy.
Create, update, and review SOPs to ensure alignment with inventory control standards.
Conduct training sessions with warehouse staff to reinforce process compliance and accuracy best practices.
Partner with Operations Managers and Supervisors to address process failures and drive corrective actions
Reporting & KPI Management
Maintain and report key inventory metrics, including: Overall Inventory Accuracy , Location Accuracy , Cycle Count Completion Rates , Reactionary Count Requests .
Deliver monthly KPI reports by the 3rd business day and provide insights to senior leadership.
Support audits and maintain clean, auditable inventory records .
Inventory & Process Support
Assist with physical inventories and second counts to support 99% inventory accuracy.
Identify process inefficiencies and support improvements to enhance service and cost-effectiveness.
Promote and uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
