Marketing Manager
Permanent | Full-time contract
$120,000 – $160,000 base salary
RBW Consulting is partnering with a leading life science tools company to recruit this role. The Market Development Manager serves as the regional link between the commercial team and the global marketing organisation. You will lead campaign development, event strategy, regional content initiatives, and market insight generation to ensure marketing activity directly supports growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key customer segments, monitor market shifts, and translate insights into targeted marketing strategies.
- Build and execute a regional marketing plan aligned with commercial and global priorities.
- Lead demand-generation efforts to strengthen pipeline quality and accelerate sales cycles.
- Develop and deploy regional campaigns across email, digital channels, webinars, and localized content.
- Manage regional conferences, trade shows, seminars, and customer events end-to-end.
- Partner with the Sales team on account-based marketing for high-value strategic opportunities.
- Track KPIs, event outcomes, and marketing ROI to inform continuous optimisation.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or related commercial functions.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Scientific grounding in biochemistry, molecular biology, biophysics, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in demand generation and performance tracking.
- Strong background in trade show and event management.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Skilled in scientific communication, content creation, and storytelling.
- Effective collaborator with experience aligning cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
