Position Summary
As a Service Technician, you will visit customer residences to diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Essential Duties
- Diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment and systems
- Install and replace pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify effective solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service and repair experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and professional
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
- Experience with pool automation systems, heaters, pumps, and electrical troubleshooting
Schedule
- Full-time
- Occasional Saturday work may be required during peak season

- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates holding a current Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
