RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to join our mission-focused team ensuring reliable and secure classification tools across multiple fabrics! Could that be you? Responsibilities associated with the position include: * Documenting full lifecycle software engineering artifacts.
- Generating system engineering and test documentation.
- Working directly with customers to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Testing new releases and track results.
- Establishing internal schedules and milestones.
- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly status in a timely manner.
- Documenting processes and providing deliverables to the Government.
- Providing meeting minutes.
- Testing new configurations and software releases.
- Coordinating and identifying test users for various scenarios.
- Tracking and reporting testing results.
- Coordinating software deliveries with external organizations.
- Documenting and coordinating communication for critical issues.
- Managing system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) - Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc.
- Contributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents
- Coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
- Participating in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations
- Experience generating system engineering and test documents.
- Strong writing and organizational skills.
- Seven years of demonstrated systems engineering experience with an engineering or engineering-adjacent bachelor's degree or 12 years without the required degree.
