About the Role

This is not your typical warehouse job. You’ll be at the core of our operation—cutting, measuring, fabricating, and preparing metal materials with a high level of accuracy and accountability. Every order matters, and every detail counts.

What You’ll Do

• Cut, shear, and process metal materials based on detailed work orders
• Measure and verify materials before and after fabrication
• Ensure accuracy in size, type, and quantity—every time
• Operate warehouse and fabrication equipment safely (training provided for the right candidate)
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment and delivery
• Load, secure, and deliver materials to customers as needed
• Double-check paperwork to ensure correct order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Support daily shop priorities as part of a tight-knit team
• Deliver Material as Needed

Safety & Standards (Non-Negotiable)

• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain constant focus—precision and safety go hand in hand

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse operations, metal fabrication, welding, or construction preferred
• Ability to read work orders and perform basic measurements and math
• Strong attention to detail—mistakes aren’t an option in this role
• Comfortable with physical work and handling heavy materials
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn metal types, processes, and equipment
• Forklift experience required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver’s license
