Position Summary

RBCI is seeking a Administrative Specialist to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with a high level secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership, including the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and Command Master Chief with the front office and in some cases, to the subordinate staff of those individuals.. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, maintaining official records and facilitating communication between leadership and subordinate staff.
  • Strong organization skills, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in office software, attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably in a military or government setting.
  • Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
