- Candidate must have three years of experience with centerless grinders and cylindrical grinders.
- Possess basic grinding skills required to set-up and run multiple cylindrical parts.
- Have knowledge of grinding wheels and wheel dressing.
- Able to read blue prints and familiar with precision gauging of aerospace parts.
- Possess mechanical skills and basic shop mathematics skills working with decimals to .0001”.
- Must be results-oriented, motivated, and deal with changing priorities.
- Candidate must have some exposure to an industrial environment,
- Able to read blueprints, Knowledge of working with metals helpful.
- Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy gages.
- Some overtime may be required. Monday-Saturday.
