Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin/Clerical Assistant based in Lincoln, CA. The Admin/Clerical Assistant will handle daily office tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, organizing schedules, handling data entry, assisting with office equipment, and supporting general administrative functions. The individual will also communicate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Quickbooks proficiency
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and document management
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and clients
- Ability to perform accurate and efficient Typing and data entry tasks
- Competency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms)
- Experience with Office Equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is beneficial
