RBPRSLLC is looking for 2 candidates to fill the contract role of Licensed Nursing Assistant. On-Site position in North Conway, NH. N o visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
What you will be doing :
- Provide direct care to residents as assigned.
- Identify special resident problems and changes in condition and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Initiate corrective action as necessary and / or seek assistance from the supervisor.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action.
- Participate in facility education programs.
- Follow facility procedures related to the control of equipment and supplies.
- Participate in resident care conferences and other facility meetings as assigned.
- Review care plans and perform care as outlined.
- Document the care and treatment provided to the resident and the resident's response to care provided.
- Listen to resident and family complaints and concerns and report them to the nurse.
