Warde Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Windham, NH is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our exceptional care team.
Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehab and long-term care. We provide a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are truly known, respected, and cared for according to their individual needs. We are looking for part-time LNAs on 1st shift and 3rd shift.

Competitive Pay;
· Base Rates from $25.00/hr. to $29.92/hr. depending on experience, for part-time, plus shift differentials!!!
· Base Shift Differentials $2.00 to $3.50/depending on shift
· Per Diem LNA, Base $3.25 Extra per hour

In addition to standard LNA/CNA duties, you will:
- Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the start and end of each shift
- Review care plans daily to ensure individualized, appropriate care
- Observe residents frequently throughout your shift to ensure needs are being met
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA standards
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Encourage residents to maintain independence and function at their highest level
Requirements
· Must be at least 18
· Must have High school graduate or GED
· Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
