What You'll Own
- HR strategy aligned to business objectives
- Organizational design and workforce planning alongside the CEO and executive team
- Full HR function across multiple locations
- Talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
- Compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards programs
- HR compliance across federal, state, and local employment law
- Change management and organizational growth initiatives
- HR metrics and workforce analytics for executive decision-making
- Direct presentations to executive leadership and the Board
What We're Looking For
- 15 years of progressive HR leadership
- Multi-location organization experience — hourly and salaried workforces
- Strong background in organizational development, culture transformation, and talent management
- HRIS experience: UKG, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, or Dayforce
- Multi-state compliance knowledge
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
- Bachelors required — Master's or MBA preferred
- Executive presence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
