- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience required
- 3–5 years of experience in digital solutions, learning management systems, document storage systems, or related environments required
- Experience supporting project management initiatives and delivering against defined project goals preferred
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience documenting in Jira or Confluence preferred
- Understanding of data management, process analysis, and enterprise software applications preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Agile certification preferred
