Overview

• Responsible for the navigation, organization, interaction design, and business/user process engineering for groundbreaking Web solutions, software, mobile, and other interactive devices
• Work with Project Managers and Product Owners to understand the Sales Consultant usage of the Salesforce platform to design and improve its user experience
• Lead client discussions regarding adapting business logic into concept wireframe exploration
• Translate client feedback and find opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience as well as push back constructively with client based on user experience best practices
• Create decks and communicate design strategy/approach, featuring key aspects of the proposed experience, and how it reconciles business/user needs
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a senior Experience position, preferably at an agency or consulting firm
• High familiarity with Salesforce platform Lightning UI design system
• Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques
• Experience in Figma, Jira and Confluence and UserZoom/UserTesting/PlaybookUX testing tools
• Experience working in Agile team structure

Compensation Range: $79,990.00 - $125,925.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
