The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role.
- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Comfort experimenting with AI and generative design tools
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Excelling in collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability
- Experience contributing to design systems preferred
- Interest in AI ethics, service design, or motion design preferred
- Familiarity with storytelling or visual communication preferred
