ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, interpret, and manage contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements align with contractual obligations.
- Review and manage Subcontractor bonds and certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Monitor contract compliance and address issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain and track contract documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, legal teams, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of subcontracts.
- Assist in subcontract negotiations and amendments when necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships subcontractors and other departments, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Provide ongoing support for contract-related questions and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions.
- Experience in managing bonds, insurance, and COIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage subcontractor relations and resolve conflicts.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with contract management software (Procore) and MS Office Suite.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
