We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support experiences for senior executives within large technical organizations. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support as a liaison between senior executives, their leadership teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with executive priorities and a team culture dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Organizes company events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and ensuring seamless execution
- Manages complex calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements, ensuring all activities align with executive priorities
- Oversees expense reports, budget management, vendor relations, and procurement processes. Maintains confidential records and ensures compliance with company policies
- Fosters a collaborative team culture by facilitating onboarding for new hires and supporting essential programs that are designed to celebrate wins across the organization
- Coordinates projects, prepares presentations and reports, and drives process improvements across teams and departments
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or General Manager-level Executives
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or demonstrated experience
- Competency in tools for calendar management, budget oversight, event planning, and project coordination
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to think strategically, coordinate execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment
