Job Responsibilities

The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in leading and supporting the sales floor team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This role ensures daily operations run smoothly, associates are supported, and customers receive excellent service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and overall store performance.
• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to drive sales, meet KPIs, and maintain a high-performing environment.
• Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
• Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards; handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure strong product availability and appealing displays.
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to support business needs and maintain operational efficiency.
• Review sales performance and support implementation of strategies to improve results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Qualifications

Pre-Requisites :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 2 years of retail supervisory or assistant manager experience, with at least 3 years in a KPI-driven sales environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and support overall store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of sales techniques, pricing, promotions, and customer service best practices.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and training is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
  

Salary Ranges (per Annum)

$69,064.00 - $115,107.00
