Job Responsibilities :

As a RazerStore Sales Associate, you will be a key brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Razer's cutting-edge gaming hardware and accessories. You will create an immersive and engaging experience for every visitor to our store.

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate Razer products.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, showcasing the unique value proposition of Razer's ecosystem.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising.

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.

• Stay up-to-date on all Razer product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives.

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues when necessary.

• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics, gaming, or a related technology field.

• Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Razer products is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$41,352.00 - $68,920.00
