Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their physical strength and mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries. You will develop personalized treatment plans, evaluate progress, and provide ongoing support to patients on their road to recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities to help improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with a diverse patient population is preferred
