Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide excellent patient care and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and physical disabilities. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical condition
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
- Implement various therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for rehabilitation and pain management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience working with patients in a clinical setting is preferred
