Job Description:
Seeking a Vice President / Principal to serve as a key member of the investment
team during a pivotal growth phase. This individual will be a primary deal-doer — leading
execution, monitoring portfolio companies, and sourcing new investment opportunities
across the firm's target sectors: industrials, defense, and business services.
Qualifications
Required
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in private equity, special situations, distressed
investing, restructuring, or related fields (investment banking, management
consulting with a PE focus)
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing, executing, and/or monitoring investments in
the lower middle market
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience with complex transaction structures — turnarounds, carve-outs,
recapitalizations, distressed acquisitions
• Deep understanding of capital structures, credit agreements, and bankruptcy
processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface directly with
management teams, boards, and investors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
