Hype and Vice is a women-founded sports apparel brand creating fashion-forward apparel for female fans. We partner with over 350 collegiate and professional sports teams across the NCAA, NBA, MLS, NHL, and WNBA and are sold through major retailers, campus bookstores, sporting goods stores, arenas, and our direct-to-consumer channels.
As we continue scaling, we are looking for a highly motivated Wholesale Account Manager to help grow and manage key wholesale accounts while supporting the expansion of our business across multiple channels.
The Wholesale Account Manager will play a key role in managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall wholesale business. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to grow within an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing company.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale accounts
- Support sales growth across key retail, bookstore, sporting goods, and specialty accounts
- Coordinate closely with independent sales reps and internal teams
- Help manage seasonal line launches, order entry, reorders, and customer communication
- Present product assortments and support customer sell-in meetings
- Track orders, inventory availability, shipping timelines, and customer needs
- Assist with trade shows, market appointments, and retailer meetings
- Work cross-functionally with operations, production, design, and customer service teams
- Identify opportunities for new business and account expansion
- Ensure excellent customer experience and strong account management practices
- 2–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, apparel, fashion, or consumer goods
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with apparel, fashion, sports, or licensed products is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and general business systems
