SAP IBP Business Systems Analyst / Lead
Locations: Fremont / Alameda / Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into functional specifications.
- Support SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP.
- Perform configuration support, master data checks, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in design workshops, process documentation, and test script preparation.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Validate processes and ensure compliance with Pharma/GxP standards.
- Support integration between IBP and S/4HANA/ECC.
- Provide operational support, monitoring, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills:
- 10 15 years in SAP Supply Chain / Planning systems.
- Strong functional experience in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
- Mandatory experience working in pharmaceutical and validated environments.
- Knowledge of planning operators, key figures, planning areas, dashboards, and alerts.
- Understanding of IBP S/4 integration and planning data management.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
