Job Title Salesforce Director Location New York City, NY (Hybrid with 2 3 days Onsite per week) Hiring Type Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Director to lead our enterprise CRM strategy and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure seamless user adoption.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute the overall Salesforce strategy to support business growth and customer engagement.
Lead a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Oversee Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Establish governance, best practices, and standards for Salesforce development and administration.
Drive continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party applications to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).
10 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and data management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) strongly preferred.
