Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure consistent and timely client coverage
- Respond promptly to last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, or emergencies
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility
- Communicate schedule updates to caregivers and clients in a clear and timely manner
- Monitor and track caregiver hours to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews for caregiver candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain candidate records
- Evaluate applicant qualifications and provide recommendations for hiring decisions
- Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for all candidates
- Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for newly hired caregivers
- Present company policies, procedures, and expectations in an engaging and informative manner
- Ensure completion of all required documentation and training modules
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in healthcare scheduling, HR coordination, or administrative support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and caregiver roles is a plus
