What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool and Die Journeyman - 1st Shift position at Raynor Manufacturing?
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Builds, repairs, maintains and aids in design of all types of dies
- Builds machinery and components (jigs and fixtures) requiring a high degree of skill
- Is proficient in the use of computers for CAD drawings and any required documentation
- Makes, installs, repairs, and adjusts press and die safety monitoring devices
- Has a minimum six years or equivalent training in the tool and die field
- Possess knowledge of all required die building techniques
- Requires minimal supervision
- Has some leadership qualities
- Meets all requirements of Journeyman Machinist job description.
- Detail-Oriented, strong communication skills and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Ability to appropriately conduct maintenance in a high stress manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time / Hourly
Pay: $18.00-$32.25 per hour
