What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Accounts Inside Sales Representative position at Raynor Manufacturing?
Position Summary / Essential Functions:
- Quote and order processing.
- Work directly with existing accounts daily to procure sales and influence customer decisions.
- Help identify new opportunities and recommend products to meet requirements of a customer.
- Coordinate with production leaders when necessary.
- Engagement with new or existing accounts to administer training and development of personnel.
- Daily interaction with outside sales team members to advise of any potential opportunities or issues that may arise with customers.
- Participate in strategic planning for account growth and market penetration.
- Highly engaged with customers through the quoting, ordering, and shipping stages.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent relationship and customer care management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and quickly adjust as needed.
- High level of personal accountability for department and company improvement.
- Potential to learn Raynor product families with the ability to recommend, quote, and advise based on application.
- Ability to read blueprints and architectural specifications is a major plus but not required at the outset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Window’s based programs including Excel, Word & Power Point, Teams, Lifesize, and other online collaboration tools.

Job Type: Full-time / Hourly
Pay: $19.00-25.00
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
