What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controls Engineer position at Raynor Manufacturing?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain all control circuits and human machine interfaces
- Provide input on all PLC applications
- Responsible for database integration to machines on the plant floor
- Work closely with factory employees and supervisory personnel providing Controls Engineering services across all production departments
- Provide Controls Engineering input during product line start-ups and upgrading of existing production facilities
- Initiate cost reduction proposals through automation and manufacturing processes.
- Provide input to all continuous improvement suggestions in areas assigned

- PLC Ladder Logic Programming (Rockwell CompactLogix & ControlLogix Preferred)
- HMI Design Preferred (Rockwell FactoryTalk View ME / SE Preferred)
- Configuring / Programming Variable Frequency Drives

Pay: $65,000-110,000
