What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Recruitment Consultant position at Raymond George?
Think of a recruitment firm that actually knows its market - not just the buzzwords, but the science, the stakeholders, and the nuances of what great talent looks like in Life Sciences. That's exactly who this is. A specialist consultancy with deep roots across the UK and US, they've spent years building a reputation in Medical Devices, Clinical Operations, Pharma, CROs, and Manufacturing that most firms only dream about. Their clients come back not because they have to - but because the quality of delivery keeps raising the bar.
This isn't a transactional shop. It's collaborative, growth-focused, and genuinely invested in the people who work there - which is exactly why they're growing their Boston team and looking for someone ready to step up.
