Requirements:
- Responsible for following protocol for the flow of foods
- Must uphold sanitation and safety standards
- Follow prep logs/sheets daily, not over or under producing items.
- Communicate equipment, small-wares, inventory, and production issues with manager on duty.
- Clean and sanitize food storage areas weekly (cooler, shelves, bins etc.)
- At least 1 year of restaurant prep experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
