Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable reports for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand reputation.
  • Oversee scheduling and management of social media content using applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for consistent posting and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, product launches, e-commerce promotions, and special campaigns.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, and graphic design to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and graphic design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools, Hootsuite or Buffer applications for scheduling posts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience managing paid campaigns for targeted outreach.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading detail; ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with media partners, influencers, vendors, and internal teams.
