I’m recruiting for a Billing Specialist opportunity with a top-ranked and highly reputable AmLaw firm in New York City.
This is a high-visibility position supporting a rapidly growing practice group of approximately 40 professionals. You’ll serve as a trusted financial and operational partner to the Practice Group Leader while managing a sophisticated, high-volume billing portfolio.

The role will handle the billing process, manage complex client billing requirements, navigate multiple e-billing platforms, prepare accounts receivable reports, address aged receivables, and assist with budgeting and operational decision-making.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2–4 years of law firm billing experience
- Full-cycle billing and e-billing experience
- Experience managing complex, high-volume client accounts
- Knowledge of outside counsel guidelines
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- A polished, professional, and client-service-oriented approach
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
