Customer Service Representative | $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting customers with questions about services, and concerns/complaints
- Follow up with customers about lead time for technicians
- Supporting lead generation and scheduling projects
- Assisting the service dispatcher with scheduling
- Data entry, digital record keeping, and other supporting other office functions

Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office setting
- Able to talk on the phone and take notes into our CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft office experience - Word, Excel and Outlook
