Ray Price is a family of five franchises operating out of a state-of-the-art Auto Park in Stroudsburg Pennsylvania. We've been part of this community for over a century, and the people who run our departments tend to stay — because the foundation is solid and the leadership is stable. We're growing, and we're looking for the right leader to help take our used vehicle operation to the next level.

We want a Pre-Owned Director to own this department end to end: appraising, acquisition, pricing, marketing, and the team that moves it all. This is a seat for someone who already knows how to find the right inventory, get it front-line ready fast, and run a department that performs. What you'll own:

• The full pre-owned inventory operation — appraising, pricing, turn, and aging
• Vehicle acquisition through trades, auctions, instant-offer tools, and direct purchases
• Wholesale and auction relationships, with a sharp eye on the bottom line
• Marketing and merchandising every unit right: photographed, priced, and represented well online
• Using market data to make sharp, defensible inventory decisions

What you bring:

• 5 years of automotive management experience (Pre-Owned Director experience preferred)
• Strong appraising and vehicle acquisition skills
• Auction access and familiarity
• vAuto proficiency a plus
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented approach — you build people up, not chaos

What you'll earn:

This is a salary-plus-commission role, and we built the plan so a director who performs gets paid like one. The base is $110,000, with a commission structure that puts realistic total earnings up to $225,000 for someone who runs this operation the way it should be run. We're happy to talk specifics early — we'd rather have an honest conversation about money up front than waste your time or ours.
