Sparkle Car Wash is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at our Whitehall location on Route 145!

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the location’s management team to help oversee daily operations, lead employees, maintain our standards, and make sure every customer receives a great Sparkle experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position — you won’t be sitting behind a desk all day! You’ll work alongside the team, help keep operations running smoothly, solve problems as they arise, and make sure the facility always looks and operates at its best.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with overseeing day-to-day car wash operations
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members
- Work alongside the team and lead by example
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels
- Help ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient facility
- Provide friendly, outstanding customer service
- Professionally handle customer questions and concerns
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed
- Help achieve operational, customer service, and financial goals
- Keep the team focused, productive, and ready to deliver a great wash experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
- Dependable, motivated, and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability and willingness to travel between Sparkle locations when needed
- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
