Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems related to steering, suspension, and wheel alignment using specialized diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues affecting vehicle alignment and sensor calibration.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and maintaining professional communication throughout the service process.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive front end and suspension systems/repairs.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, engine technology, and vehicle systems .
- Familiarity with alignment procedures for standard passenger cars. Experience with Ford/Lincoln vehicles is a plus.
