What you'll do:
- Conduct evaluations and build individualized treatment plans for children with developmental delays, autism, and other pediatric diagnoses.
- Deliver hands-on, child-led therapy that meets each kid exactly where they are.
- Work alongside our Speech and PT teams to keep care coordinated and consistent.
- Partner with families, giving them real tools and real hope for progress at home.
- Help shape our clinical culture as we grow, your voice matters here, not just your hours.
What you bring:
- A valid OT license (or license-eligible).
- Experience with pediatrics, autism, or developmental disabilities strongly preferred; new grads with a passion for pediatrics are welcome to apply.
