- Conduct patient assessments and develop therapy plans in coordination with physicians
- Evaluate functional abilities and document medical conditions for CMS compliance
- Observe, record, and communicate patient responses and condition changes
- Deliver therapy services based on evidence-based techniques and within scope of practice
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
- Preferred: CPR certification, strong multitasking, independence, and excellent communication and organizational skills
