ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Heating and Cooling Service Manager, you're responsible for overseeing our HVAC service department and doing what you can to take our trade team to the next level. Your goals are to deliver quality results, ensure field technicians are properly trained, and increase department profitability. You're actively involved in all aspects of our service operations, from managing inventory and handling client concerns to maintaining essential documentation and securing more work for the company. As needed, you also visit job sites to assist with hands-on work. You interview potential new employees, hire talented applicants, and conduct ride-alongs to support our technicians' growth. Attentively, you set schedules, create quotes, and do whatever it takes to guarantee successful workdays!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our Heating and Cooling Service Manager works Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch. You need to be available by phone on weeknights and weekends to support technicians when needed.
