We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Billing Responsibilities:
- Bill all new and used vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner
- Organize all paperwork in each deal and review for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all required documents are properly signed and included in deal jackets
- Work closely with banks and lenders to submit required documents for funding
- Monitor deal funding and follow up with lenders when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive billing, or dealership office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Notary Public certification is a plus
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Some evenings and Saturdays required
Salary - $20 but based on experience.
