Overview

Part-time/Contract work growing into a full time position.

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Project Manager, where you'll lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex construction projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing all phases of construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. We are a young, fast growing company with an emphasis on quality and reputation.

Responsibilities

    1. Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews
  • Manage job file documentation.

  • Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, payment schedule and communication log)

    to ensure crews are ready to do the job efficiently.
  • Manage "Work-in-Progress" jobs.

    a. Coordinate performance of crews and sub-contractors and communicate with

    office staff, ensuring crews work efficiently
  • Keep RAW Renovation office staff, customers and centers of influence (COIs) informed about the

    job.

    a. Maintain communication with customers about the job to ensure expectations are

    met.

    b. Remain up-to-date on all jobs in progress with adequate supervision.
  • Manage and perform "punch list" activities (as needed).

    a. Perform construction work and job site documentation as needed.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors.

    a. Coordinate and monitor subcontract work, ensuring quality work is completed

    timely.

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction management with a background in high-end residential remodeling
  • Extensive knowledge of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, construction estimating techniques, project scheduling methodologies, and site safety protocols.
  • Prior experience working with designers, real estate agents and engineers is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30, $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Work Location: In person
