What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Linco Construction?
Linco Construction is a local residential custom homebuilder and remodeler based in Arvada, Colorado. We are looking for an experienced and motivated construction manager to oversee and manage our housing projects primarily in the Jefferson County area.
This position will be responsible for all phases of house construction from start to finish including permitting, budgets, schedules, material management, safety compliance, and quality control. Must be extremely organized, work well will trade partners and clients, have strong communication skills and a desire to produce innovative and exciting homes for all our clients
Compensation is commensurate with experience ranging from $75,000-$125,000. Available benefits include 401k, yearly bonuses, health insurance, company truck or allowance, paid time off.
