Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Dubuque, IA is looking for a retail shift lead to join our team. We are located at 2600 Dodge Street in Plaza 20. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. This position will work on our retail floor with customers and also help to coach/manage other employees working that shift. Candidate will be required to work 1-2 weekends per month. Part Time or Full Time candidate considered.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of the store. This includes stocking, rotating inventory, and working with store manager to provide top notch experience for customers
Develop a strong knowledge for pet nutrition and the ability to confidently make recommendations to customers
Delegate tasks to team members
Ensure customers receive friendly and accurate service
Keyholder able to open/close store and manage cash drawers
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused store
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Prior retail or managerial experience preferred
