Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Dubuque, IA is looking for one cashier to join our team. We are located on 2600 Dodge Street C1. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. This position is part time 2-4 Weekend shifts a month with the possibility of some during the week/closing shifts as needed (if applicant is available during the week).
Must be comfortable speaking with customers and willing to learn about our brands and concepts. Our business is built on providing in-depth personal experiences to our customers on clean feeding and high quality supplies for dogs and cats. Our ideal candidate is a dog or cat enthusiast who enjoys helping peoples' pets live a long healthy life.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be knowledgeable in our brands and able to provide feeding recommendations
- Restock products as they sell
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for 8 hours
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in customer service or applicable job
- Dog or cat enthusiast strongly preferred
- Basic mathematical skills
