We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team. This hands-on role will partner closely with ownership and department leaders to provide financial insight, drive profitability, and support the continued growth of our company.
What You’ll Do
· Serve as a trusted financial advisor to ownership and leadership.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
· Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial reporting.
· Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital investments.
· Develop KPIs and dashboards that help drive business performance.
· Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
· Support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
· Build strong processes and provide leadership within the finance function.
What We’re Looking For
· 10 years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience.
· Previous experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role.
· Experience in service, construction, or home services industries preferred.
· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
· Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
· A hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and partnering with operations.
