Role Summary
A senior product owner responsible for Core HR and Recruiting (TA) platforms, focusing on end-to-end employee lifecycle and hiring experience, driving automation, efficiency, and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own the Core HR Recruiting product portfolio
- Define roadmap across:
- Hire → Onboard → Manage → Exit lifecycle
- Align with enterprise priorities (scale, experience, compliance)
Domain Expertise
- Deep knowledge of:
- Core HR (worker data, org structures, business processes)
- Recruiting workflows (sourcing → offer → hire)
- Simplify complex workflows and eliminate friction
Experience & Journey Design
- Redesign moments that matter:
- Hiring manager experience
- Candidate experience
- Employee lifecycle events
- Drive self-service and automation-first mindset
Solutioning & Delivery
- Work closely with:
- Solution engineers
- Integration teams
- Lead design and prototyping of:
- Recruiting workflows
- Core HR processes
- Ensure scalable and reusable configurations
AI & Automation
- Drive:
- AI-enabled recruiting (screening, matching)
- Intelligent workflows (case management, onboarding)
- Partner with tools like:
- Workday AI / SANA / integrations (as applicable)
Execution & Governance
- Own backlog and prioritization
- Ensure alignment with:
- Data governance

Qualifications
- 10 years in HR Tech with Core HR Recruiting expertise
- Strong Workday knowledge:
- Core HCM
- Recruiting
- Business Process Framework
- Experience in high-scale, global environments
- Strong ability to connect data, process, and experience
