Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Technology Investment & Vendor Management Analyst to support enterprise technology investment, financial governance, and vendor management initiatives. This role will partner closely with IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to deliver financial visibility, operational reporting, governance coordination, and executive-level insights across technology and vendor portfolios.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Investment Analysis
- Track and monitor technology funding, spend, forecasts, variances, and remaining balances across assigned initiatives.
- Provide financial visibility and analytical support for technology investment and vendor-related programs.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning activities.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting materials.
- Prepare leadership-ready presentations, reports, and summaries with clear insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across multiple initiatives.
Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support governance processes, approval workflows, and portfolio review activities.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, Regulatory, and business teams to gather and validate inputs.
- Facilitate project and portfolio tracking to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Maintain documentation related to governance, reporting, and operational processes.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Assist in driving portfolio execution and operational continuity across Technology Investment Office (TIO) and Vendor Management Office (VMO) initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
- Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, technology operations, PMO, vendor management, governance, or related business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with financial data, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT financial management, technology portfolio management, or vendor operations.
- Familiarity with dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of governance frameworks and cross-functional business operations.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
- Knowledge of project management or PMO processes is a plus.
